Crime Scene Investigation 7.0 - National Level Competition

About the Organizer

Damodaram Sanjivayya Legal Incubation Centre (DSLIC) at Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), Visakhapatnam, is organizing the 7th edition of its flagship national competition, Crime Scene Investigation 7.0.

Competition Scope

The competition focuses on multidisciplinary analysis and practical forensic legal skills, including:

• Analyzing crime scenes through material evidence and direct observation.
• Forensic documentation, crime scene photography, and sketching.
• Identification, handling, and collection of physical evidence.
• Applying observational, logical, investigative, and legal aptitude to resolve simulated criminal cases.

Eligibility & Team Composition

• Teams must strictly consist of 3 students.
• Students from any academic discipline (Law, Forensic Science, Criminology, Science, Humanities, etc.) are eligible to participate.

Prizes & Perks

• First Prize: ₹15,000
• Second Prize: ₹10,000
• Third Prize: ₹7,500
• Consolation Prize: ₹5,000
• All participants will receive an official event kit and a Participation Certificate.
