Supremo Amicus – Peer-Reviewed Academic Law Journal
Supremo Amicus is an independent, online, peer-reviewed academic law journal founded in 2017. The journal provides a platform for original and high-quality legal research and is integrated with its proprietary Supremo Amicus AI research platform.
The Call for Papers is open to any socio-legal topic or issue relating to law. The journal encourages interdisciplinary research involving law and related disciplines.
Submissions are invited from:
Academicians
Research Scholars
Judges
Lawyers
Law Students
Anyone interested in law and related disciplines
The manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
Authors can submit:
Long Articles: 5,000–10,000 words
Short Articles: 2,000–5,000 words
Case Comments: Up to 2,500 words
Book Reviews: Up to 1,500 words
Word limits exclude footnotes.
Manuscripts should:
Be submitted in .doc/.docx format
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font
Have 1.5 line spacing
Be formatted on A4 size paper with 1-inch margins
Follow a uniform citation style
Contain original work and must not include plagiarised material
Authors must submit:
1. A cover letter containing the author's name(s), institution/affiliation, manuscript title, email address and mobile number.
2. The complete manuscript, including abstract and keywords.
Submissions should be sent directly to editor.supremo.amicus@gmail.com.
Selected papers will be published as an e-journal with an ISSN. Authors receive a free DOI, publication on the journal website, publication and DOI links, an e-copy of the publication, and an e-certificate. The publication benefits are stated to be provided within 48 hours of publication.
There is no prior registration fee for submitting a manuscript. Upon selection, the publication information and applicable details will be communicated to the author. The page states that authorship of up to three authors carries a fee of ₹1,000 upon publication.
Supremo Amicus states that its research has received judicial recognition, including citation and mention of research published in Volume 17 in a judgment of the Himachal Pradesh High Court. The journal also states that it is indexed across multiple legal and academic databases.
