Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutory provisions, case precedents, and procedural laws across various courts and tribunals.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavits, and briefing notes.
- Court Proceedings: Observe and assist in courtroom proceedings, arbitrations, and client consultations.
- Case File Management: Organize case files, track hearing schedules, and prepare exhaustive case summaries for senior counsels.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree from a recognized law school or university.
- Strong command of legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, etc.) and clear analytical thinking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in litigation, dispute resolution, and procedural law.
