Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough statutory, regulatory, and case law research across diverse jurisdictions on corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution matters.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist associates and partners in drafting legal notices, court pleadings, petitions, commercial contracts, and advisory memorandums.
- Case Briefing: Prepare concise case summaries, comparative legal notes, and due diligence reports for ongoing client engagements.
- Court & Client Support: Attend client meetings, conferences, and court/tribunal proceedings to observe advocacy and legal proceedings firsthand.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree from a recognized law school or university.
- Strong grasp of foundational substantive and procedural laws (e.g., Contract Law, Companies Act, CPC, Arbitration).
