About the Role
This internship provides an exceptional, high-impact platform to gain frontline experience in an elite in-house corporate legal department. Interns will be immersed in multi-jurisdictional legal operations, spanning strategic corporate advisory, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting & Review: Assist the legal team in reviewing, vetting, and drafting commercial contracts, agreements, and standard terms.
- Regulatory & Corporate Governance: Support compliance management, statutory filings, and strategic corporate governance initiatives.
- Transactions & Strategic Advisory: Contribute to critical corporate transactions, strategic commercial projects, and in-depth cross-border legal research.
- Litigation Management: Assist in managing active disputes, preparing legal briefs, and tracking documentation across diverse Indian and international jurisdictions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with internal commercial teams and external counsel to resolve complex legal inquiries.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Enrolled in an accredited 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree program from a recognised law school or university.
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, drafting, and commercial analysis.
- Keen professional interest in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-stakeholder management skills.
