About the Opportunity
Aman Dawra & Associates is inviting applications from law students seeking hands-on experience in litigation and active legal practice. The internship offers candidates an opportunity to closely observe and participate in court proceedings, legal research, and case preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in active court practice and litigation matters.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on procedural and substantive legal queries.
- Drafting legal notices, pleadings, petitions, and legal briefs.
- Gaining hands-on exposure to ongoing cases and supporting senior advocates in daily legal work.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Current law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- High professionalism and an ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- A genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Willingness to learn and gain direct exposure to court procedures.
