About the Opportunity / Organizer
A.Mishra & Co. Law Offices is inviting applications from ambitious law students for legal internships in its Dispute Resolution & Litigation Practice for October–December 2026. The internship provides practical exposure across high-stakes criminal matters, civil and commercial disputes, and domestic arbitrations before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, NCLT, NCLAT, and NCDRC.
Key Responsibilities / Internship Scope
- Conduct in-depth case law research, draft proposition notes, and assist with comprehensive brief-building.
- Prepare initial drafts of pleadings, writ petitions, and company applications.
- Organize case files, prepare convenience compilations, and maintain case-law trackers.
- Accompany counsels to hearings in the Supreme Court, High Court, and tribunals, as well as physical arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Students currently enrolled in the 3rd to 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme.
- Students currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Strong understanding of procedural laws, including the CPC and CrPC/BNSS.
- Working knowledge of statutes such as the Companies Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
- Sound research capabilities using primary legal databases including SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and eager to work in an active court environment.
