About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Abhinav Mishra is inviting applications for paid internships from penultimate and final-year law students for the October to December 2026 period at its New Delhi office. Founded in 2018 by Abhinav Mishra, the Chambers provides comprehensive legal services across diverse practice areas and regularly handles high-profile matters across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on exposure to legal drafting and research.
- Attend court and tribunal proceedings across India.
- Participate in client meetings and strategy formulation discussions.
- Contribute to complex and high-profile disputes across various practice areas including Constitutional Law, Civil and White-Collar Crime Trials, Appeals, IBC and Liquidation, Real Estate, Arbitration, Taxation, Electricity Law, Aviation Law, and Corporate Advisory.
- Gain practical exposure to litigation, corporate advisory, and consultancy involving M&A, Competition Laws, Debt Restructuring, IPR, and Arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Penultimate and final-year law students enrolled in BCI-recognized law schools.
- LL.M. candidates are also eligible to apply.
Stipend & Perks
- Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month (performance-based upon review).
- Reimbursement for office-related expenses and late-hour commutes.
