Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Pleading: Assist in drafting petitions, plaints, written submissions, and arbitration claims across various legal forums.
- In-Depth Research: Conduct analytical jurisprudence research and prepare comprehensive case law briefs tailored for court hearings.
- Case Preparation: Engage deeply in the day-to-day operations of litigation files spanning Civil, Commercial, Arbitration, and NGT forums.
- Court Proceedings: Attend court hearings, assist with file preparation, and participate in active advocacy strategy discussions. Potential opportunities to travel to other cities for outstation matters may also arise.
Who Should Apply?
