About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Mr. Anand Kumar, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated advocates for the position of Associate to join its litigation practice in New Delhi.
Role & Responsibilities
The associate will be engaged in active litigation matters involving:
- Handling cases across diverse legal fields including Criminal Law, Service Matters, Arbitration, and Civil Litigation.
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions, appeals, and written submissions.
- Regular appearances before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and District Courts across Delhi NCR.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Law graduate with 1 to 3 years of active litigation experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in case law research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy.
- Familiarity with court registry procedures and trial/appellate practice in Delhi courts.
