About the Chambers
The Chambers of Sahil Monga offers extensive exposure to high-stakes litigation across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Candidates will gain rich experience in civil, corporate, commercial, and criminal matters, appearing before prestigious courts including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and District Courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Pleadings & Drafting: Draft comprehensive legal pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research using legal databases like SCC Online and Manupatra, and prepare detailed research notes.
- Court Appearances: Attend and represent clients in court hearings across multiple judicial forums.
- Senior Counsel Assistance: Assist in preparing briefs and attending briefing sessions with Senior Advocates.
- Procedural & Compliance Work: Handle e-filings, court filings, procedural compliances, and litigation administration.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Freshers with strong legal aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Pro, SCC Online, and Manupatra.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, willingness to take constructive feedback, and commitment to taking increasing responsibility over time.
- Background: Prior achievements in moot courts, debating, academic research, or legal publications will be highly regarded.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Freshers: Fixed retainer of INR 25,000 per month plus full reimbursement of office-related expenses.
- Experienced Candidates: A higher retainer will be offered based on relevant experience, skill set, and suitability for the role.
