About the Opportunity
Based in the key hub of Jangpura Extension, New Delhi, CV Prakash Legal Advisers offers an expansive platform for experienced lawyers specializing in court advocacy, legal drafting, and strategic dispute resolution. This role provides intense hands-on exposure to proceedings before high-level judicial, quasi-judicial, and tribunal authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Documentation: Prepare high-stakes legal pleadings, petitions, applications, written statements, legal notices, and comprehensive replies with precision.
- Court Representation: Regularly appear before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial forums in New Delhi.
- Legal Research & Strategy: Conduct exhaustive legal research, draft authoritative case briefs, and issue actionable legal opinions.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Directly interface with clients, senior counsels, and external stakeholders to coordinate case filings, provide procedural updates, and manage strategy.
- Case File Management: Maintain rigorous organization of active case files and ensure strict compliance with court filing deadlines.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Bar Enrollment: Active enrollment with a recognized Bar Council in India.
- Experience: 4–5 years of solid post-qualification experience (PQE) primarily focused on litigation and legal drafting.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in legal research tools, draftsmanship, and complex case analysis.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding oral advocacy, written communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to perform under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
- Availability: Candidates capable of joining immediately will be given strong preference.
