- 5th-Year LL.B. Students (Assessment Internship): Complete an intensive 2-month paid assessment internship. Interns who demonstrate consistent legal proficiency, strong client interaction skills, and complete their LL.B. degree along with Bar Council registration will be offered a full-time Associate position.
- Recent LL.B. Graduates (Direct Associate Role): Join immediately as an Associate and take ownership of legal work and client relationship management.
- Uncapped Growth Potential: Driven associates can progress rapidly from an initial ₹25,000 in-hand salary to earning ₹40,000 to ₹50,000+ per month within just 3 months through performance incentives and salary hikes.
Compensation & Offer Details
