Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on complex statutory frameworks, case laws, and emerging commercial regulations.
- Assist associates and partners in drafting legal notices, petitions, written statements, agreements, and corporate contracts.
- Prepare comprehensive case summaries, legal briefs, and notes for client advisory and courtroom proceedings.
- Participate in client briefings, strategy meetings, and court/tribunal proceedings as assigned.
- Track regulatory updates and contribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives and client advisories.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree from a recognized law school or university.
- Strong foundational knowledge of corporate law, civil procedure, contract law, and commercial jurisprudence.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong legal drafting capabilities.
- Proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to handle deadlines efficiently.
