Key Responsibilities & Practice Focus
- General Civil & Commercial Litigation: Draft pleadings, manage court appearances, conduct deep legal research, and strategize on high-value commercial and civil disputes.
- Arbitration: Represent clients in complex domestic (Indian) and cross-border international arbitration proceedings.
- Real Estate Litigation: Handle disputes, regulatory compliance matters, and litigation specific to the real estate sector.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Associate Position: 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in civil and commercial litigation/arbitration.
- Senior Associate Position: 4–7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with demonstrated leadership and courtroom experience.
- Specialized Advantage: Prior exposure to real estate litigation will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
