Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with diverse business entities, advising on complex commercial issues and strategic corporate matters. Your primary duties will include:
- Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, structuring, and negotiating a wide array of commercial agreements.
- General Corporate Advisory: Providing robust legal guidance on corporate governance, business operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Intellectual Property / Trademarks: Managing trademark portfolios and handling advisory on IP creation, protection, and commercialization.
- Client Relationship Management: Building, nurturing, and sustaining strategic relationships with corporate clients.
- Business Development: Actively contributing to the growth and business expansion initiatives of the firm.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant PQE in commercial legal advisory or corporate law.
- Core Expertise: Strong exposure to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and handling trademark/IP matters.
- In-House Transition: In-house legal counsel with a strong inclination towards client engagement and business development are highly encouraged to apply.
