Built on a foundation of ethical standards and legal excellence, the firm has established a robust presence across Uttarakhand and Western Uttar Pradesh. Lasa Legal Associates specializes in indirect taxation, corporate and commercial advisory, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Scope
Interns will receive substantive, real-world experience and hands-on legal exposure in the following focus areas:
- GST & Indirect Taxation: Assisting in tax research, drafting replies, and understanding procedural tax litigation.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Preparing case briefs, research notes, and drafting court submissions for civil and commercial disputes.
- Corporate & Commercial Laws: Legal research, statutory compliance review, and contract drafting support.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Open to law students currently enrolled in recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree programs.
- Preference will be given to students in their 3rd year and above.
- Duration: Commitment required for a minimum period of 3 to 6 months.
Stipend & Benefits
- Stipend: Paid Internship (details provided during evaluation).
- Direct mentorship from senior tax and corporate litigation professionals in Dehradun.
