Mittal, Swarup & Srinivasan Law Chambers is a specialist litigation and dispute resolution chambers dealing with taxation, commercial law matters, and white-collar crimes. The Chambers handles matters involving direct and indirect taxes, company law, securities and exchange control law, insolvency, white-collar crimes, and civil or contractual disputes across judicial and quasi-judicial forums in India.
Key Responsibilities & Practice Scope
The selected candidate will serve as Associate Counsel engaged in:
- Commercial trial litigation
- Tax disputes
- Disputes in public law
Eligibility & Qualifications
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
- Experience in tax litigation is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site from the Chambers' office in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
