NG Law Chambers, based in New Delhi, is a law practice actively seeking qualified and motivated legal practitioners for litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Key Responsibilities / Role Details
The candidate will be involved in handling:
- Litigation matters before various courts and tribunals in Delhi.
- Intellectual property rights (IPR) disputes and related legal proceedings.
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal notices.
- Conducting legal research and assisting in courtroom advocacy.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Domain Preference: Prior experience handling Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters will be given preference.
- Strong drafting, legal analysis, and communication skills.
Remuneration
Remuneration is commensurate with experience and aligned with standard industry practices.
