Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University/Institute via a 3-year regular course; OR
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University/Institute via a 5-year integrated regular course.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling statutory compliance, regulatory frameworks, and legal documentations for transit and infrastructure projects.
- Drafting, vetting, and reviewing commercial contracts, tender documents, MOUs, and agreements.
- Assisting in litigation management, drafting legal notices, reply statements, and coordinating with empanelled advocates.
- Providing strategic legal advice to internal departments on administrative and regulatory matters.
