Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
The firm is seeking a driven Legal Associate to join its corporate practice team in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will focus on:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general corporate and commercial agreements.
- Assisting in structuring, legal due diligence, and execution of M&A and transactional matters.
- Providing strategic legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business expansion.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in transactional work, general corporate, or M&A legal advisory.
- Key Attributes: Strong drafting capabilities, analytical thinking, sound commercial understanding, and meticulous attention to detail.
