Key Responsibilities
- Banking & Commercial Matters: Handle diverse legal matters involving banking regulations, commercial disputes, and financial compliance.
- Documentation & Drafting: Prepare comprehensive legal notices, applications, pleadings, writ petitions, and critical commercial documentation.
- Substantive Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on evolving banking precedents, procedural statutory frameworks, and case law to bolster ongoing proceedings.
- Litigation Support: Assist senior counsel with case preparation, briefing materials, court filings, and monitoring proceedings before various courts and tribunals.
- Client Coordination: Interface directly with institutional and individual clients to facilitate seamless case management and address day-to-day legal requirements.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Education: LL.B. or integrated law degree from a recognized university.
- Passion: Demonstrable keen interest in banking laws, financial regulations, and commercial disputes.
- Skillset: Strong analytical acumen, sharp legal drafting capabilities, and thorough legal research competencies.
- Work Ethic: High degree of initiative, willingness to take responsibility, and an appetite to acquire practical legal craft in an active chamber practice.
