About the Opportunity
This internship is designed to give ambitious law students realistic, hands-on exposure to courtroom practice and litigation strategy. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will gain deep operational insights into navigating various judicial forums across Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling briefs, case notes, written statements, and petitions.
- Courtroom & Judicial Exposure: Assist in active litigation matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, MACT Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and other key judicial forums.
- Case Preparation: Assist in client conferences, create comprehensive case compilations, and prepare strategy notes for upcoming hearings.
- Multi-disciplinary Practice: Gain invaluable exposure across diverse practice areas including Civil Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Litigation, Cyber Crime, PBPT, and Arbitration.
Eligibility & Desired Profile
- Enrolled in a recognized Law Degree program (LL.B / B.A. LL.B).
- Strong passion for litigation, legal research, legal drafting, and active court practice.
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Added Advantage: Prior internship experience before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, or specialized Tribunals.
