Key Responsibilities
Legal Research: Conduct rigorous legal research on statutory provisions, precedent case law, and procedural rules across various legal domains.
Drafting & Pleadings: Draft legal notices, petitions, counter-affidavits, written submissions, and appeals for courts and tribunals.
Court Appearances: Represent clients and assist senior advocates during hearings before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
Client Strategy & Management: Interact with clients, gather case facts, assist in strategic case planning, and prepare detailed briefing notes.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
LL.B. degree from a recognized institution or university.
Active enrollment with the Bar Council.
Prior experience or strong demonstrated interest in litigation and court practice.
Excellent legal writing, analytical thinking, and oral arguments capabilities.
Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to meet strict court deadlines.
