Key Responsibilities
- Legal Documentation & Drafting: Assist the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and real estate conveyance documents.
- Compliance & Contract Management: Support ongoing regulatory compliance, title due diligence, and management of corporate legal records.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal business teams and external consultants on complex legal and property matters.
- Legal Analytics & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel and data tools to organize legal records, track compliance schedules, and prepare detailed analytical reports.
