About the Chamber
Sachin Rastogi & Associates is a litigation chamber based in New Delhi, handling matters across criminal and civil litigation, food law & consumer protection, and corporate/commercial disputes.
The chamber is looking for a Legal Associate who wants meaningful exposure to litigation and is comfortable being involved in the work that happens both inside and outside the courtroom.
What You'll Work On
Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, opinions and other court documents
Conducting legal research and preparing case-law briefs
Assisting with case preparation, strategy and hearing briefs
Attending proceedings before Trial Courts, Tribunals and High Courts
Coordinating with clients, counsels and court staff
Maintaining case files and tracking procedural and compliance timelines
Who Can Apply
LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. graduate from a recognised university
Enrolled with the Bar Council, or eligible for enrolment
0–3 years of litigation experience; freshers are welcome to apply
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Working knowledge of CPC, CrPC/BNSS, Evidence law and relevant substantive laws
Willingness to appear before courts and travel as required
Familiarity with SCC Online, Manupatra and MS Office
Compensation
