About the Role

Rana & Co., one of India's premier Intellectual Property law firms, is actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Patent Paralegal / IPR Paralegal to join its renowned IP practice team at their South Delhi office in Adhchini. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end patent and IPR prosecution workflows, docketing, and case management.
- Draft, review, and file patent applications, responses, and related statutory compliance forms with the Indian Patent Office (IPO).
- Assist senior attorneys in patent searches, prior art analysis, portfolio management, and IP litigation support.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, examiners, and foreign associate firms regarding deadlines and procedural updates.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in IPR/Patent paralegal operations.
- Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a strong track record in IP operations or legal support.
- Location: On-site commitment at Adhchini, South Delhi.
- Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities, deep understanding of IP docketing systems, keen attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
