About the Role
Sulzer is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to join its global Legal, Claims, IP, Compliance, and Risk team based in Pune. This dynamic specialist role is designed for professionals equipped with advanced legal knowledge and a high-level operational mindset to support global governance, risk mitigation, and commercial deal-making.
Key Responsibilities
Legal & Compliance Management: Apply advanced legal and compliance insights to ensure company-wide adherence to statutory regulations, international standards, and internal risk policies.
End-to-End Ownership: Independently oversee, manage, and drive complex projects and commercial contract lifecycles with minimal supervision.
Framework Development: Actively contribute to designing, implementing, and optimizing global compliance frameworks.
Mentorship & Leadership: Coach, mentor, and review work deliverables prepared by junior specialists and experts.
Global Collaboration: Serve as a core Commercial Specialist within the global Legal, Claims, IP, Compliance, and Risk organization.
Eligibility & Requirements
Advanced legal and regulatory compliance expertise with extensive experience in commercial contracting.
Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects and drive operational compliance initiatives independently.
Strong background in framework development, risk assessment, and legal strategy alignment.
Proven leadership or mentoring skills to support lower-level team members.
