Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution: Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documentation, including debt and equity instruments.
- Due Diligence: Spearhead end-to-end legal due diligence processes for corporate acquisitions, investments, and restructuring transactions.
- Regulatory Advisory: Provide strategic counsel on intricate regulatory frameworks, including RBI guidelines, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and SEBI regulations.
- Client Engagement: Deal directly with corporate entities, financial institutions, and private equity funds to deliver seamless legal solutions.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in transactional practice areas.
- Core Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Banking & Finance, Private Equity, General Corporate, Investment, or M&A. Dual expertise in debt and equity transactions is highly preferred.
- Background: Candidates currently working with leading law firms or serving as in-house counsel are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent drafting skills, analytical acumen, strong negotiation skills, and a solid grasp of commercial law.
