This on-site internship offers selected candidates direct immersion into high-stakes regulatory, commercial, and constitutional disputes.
What You Will Gain
As a Legal Intern at Z & Co., you will move beyond textbook theories and engage directly with real-world legal practice. Interns will receive hands-on mentoring and exposure to:
- Electricity Regulatory Litigation: Gain insight into specialized energy laws, regulatory framework disputes, and forum proceedings.
- Commercial Litigation: Assist in complex corporate-commercial disputes, contract enforcement, and strategy.
- Constitutional Law: Experience high-level constitutional matters and public law litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive, in-depth legal research using primary and secondary legal databases.
- Drafting core legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, legal notices, and case briefs.
- Assisting senior advocate teams in court preparation and observing court proceedings firsthand in Delhi.
- Compiling case files, tracking list of dates, and researching landmark judgments.
Eligibility Criteria
We are seeking dedicated, research-oriented law students with strong analytical skills who fall under the following categories:
- 5-Year LL.B. Program: Currently enrolled in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year.
- 3-Year LL.B. Program: Currently enrolled in their 2nd or 3rd year.
Stipend & Location
- Location: Delhi (Physical / On-site Internship)
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Duration: 1 Month (Options available for October, November, or December 2026)
