About the Internship

The Office of Dr. Amar Patnaik is inviting applications for internships commencing from August 2026 onwards. The internship is available in both in-person and virtual modes, allowing applicants to choose their preferred mode of engagement.

The programme offers practical exposure to law, governance, public policy, and legislative research through hands-on work involving policy research, legislative analysis, legal research, and allied assignments.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• Law students, or

• Students pursuing Economics.

Preference will be given to:

• Master's and Ph.D. students in Economics.

Candidates should have an interest in:

• Economic Laws

• Banking Laws

• Public Policy

• Legislative Research

What You'll Gain

During the internship, selected candidates will:

Stipend

• ₹8,000 for in-person interns.
