About the Internship

Diaz Legal (Advocates & Solicitors), a boutique, research-driven law firm founded by Mr. Akhil Shankhwar, is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme for the months of July and August 2026 at its Noida office.

The internship provides hands-on exposure to live legal matters and litigation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, allowing interns to work closely with experienced legal professionals on complex commercial and corporate disputes.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• Students in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a law programme.

• Enrolled in a reputed law college.

What You'll Gain

During the internship, selected candidates will:

• Assist on live legal matters.

• Gain practical exposure to litigation before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), and various courts.

• Work under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.

• Develop practical skills in litigation, tribunal practice, and dispute resolution.

• Build a strong understanding of corporate and commercial legal practice.
