YouthNiti 2.0: National Youth Parliament

The Faculty of Law, United University, Prayagraj is hosting YouthNiti 2.0, a prestigious National Youth Parliament designed to serve as a platform for passionate young leaders to engage in thoughtful discussions on contemporary political, social, national, and international issues.

Committees and Agendas

• Lok Sabha: Discussion on the Integrity of Public Examinations in India, including paper leaks, the functioning of the National Testing Agency (NTA), and the need for educational reforms.
• Rajya Sabha: Discussion on the Constitutional Balance between the Unitary Tilt of the Indian Federation and the Principles of Cooperative Federalism.
• All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM): Discussion on the Independence of the Media in India, balancing freedom of the press, regulation, and democratic accountability.
• Indian Press (IP): Discussion on the Freedom and Responsibility of the Indian Press, balancing media independence, ethical journalism, and democratic accountability.

Eligibility & Guidelines

• Open to students across institutions, universities, and schools nationwide.
• Dress Code: Ethnic Formal Wear.
• Language: Delegates may speak in Hindi and/or English (or any other scheduled language).
• Participants must carry a valid institutional ID card.
• No travel allowance (TA) or accommodation will be provided by the organizers.

Prizes & Rewards

• Cash prizes worth up to ₹50,000.
• Trophy and Certificate of Merit for winners.
• Certificate of Participation for all eligible participants.
• Delegate kits, conference materials, and meals for both days.
