5th P.N. Mathur Memorial National Moot Court Competition 2026

The School of Law, Justice & Governance, Gautam Buddha University is hosting the prestigious 5th P.N. Mathur Memorial National Moot Court Competition on October 31 & November 1, 2026. This event offers law students across India an exceptional platform to hone their oral advocacy, legal research, and drafting skills before an esteemed panel of judges and legal scholars.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to students currently enrolled in 3-year LL.B. or 5-year Integrated LL.B. degree programs from recognized law schools/universities across India.
• Each institution is permitted to register only one team.

Event Details & Venue

• Mode: Offline
• Venue: Gautam Buddha University Campus, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• Registration Fee: ₹3,500 per team.
• Accommodation: ₹1,000 per team per day (available on request).
• Observer Fee: ₹500 per person (Accommodation at ₹1,000 per room per day).

Prizes & Awards

• Winner: Cash prize of ₹40,000 + Trophy + 1-Year SCC Online Subscription (valued at ₹96,000) + Certificate
• Runner-Up: Cash prize of ₹30,000 + Trophy + Certificate
• Best Speaker: Cash prize of ₹7,000 + Trophy + Certificate
• Best Memorial: Cash prize of ₹7,000 + Trophy + Certificate
