Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure
As a Legal Intern at Calculus Legal, you will be deeply integrated into the firm's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Legal Drafting: Draft crucial legal documentation, including formal complaints, legal notices, pleadings, and court applications under expert supervision.
- Courtroom & Case Support: Support ongoing litigation matters across Delhi and Ghaziabad courts, observing strategic arguments and procedural nuances.
- Comprehensive Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research, case law analysis, and statutory interpretation to strengthen active matters.
- IPR Exposure: Assist with Intellectual Property work, specifically conducting Trademark Searches and assisting with Trademark Filings.
- Client Strategy & Advocacy: Assist senior attorneys during client consultations, phone interactions, and the development of advocacy strategies.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree program.
- Strong grasp of procedural law, civil/criminal litigation fundamentals, and drafting techniques.
- Proactive mindset with excellent analytical, communication, and research abilities.
- Ability to commit to an on-site internship in Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi for May 2026.
