Practice Areas & Exposure
Interns will gain direct hands-on experience and witness active litigation across prestigious judicial bodies, including:
- Supreme Court of India
- High Court of Delhi
- National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)
- Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
- District Courts & Commercial Courts across Delhi NCR
- Domestic & International Commercial Arbitration Proceedings
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on intricate questions of civil and commercial law.
- Assisting in drafting petitions, appeals, counter-affidavits, and written submissions.
- Preparing case briefs, court files, and compilation of precedents for daily hearings.
- Attending court proceedings and assisting counsel during hearings across various forums.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, offline tenure of at least four weeks (Slots starting October 1, 2026 and November 1, 2026).
- Strong research, analytical, and legal drafting capabilities.
- Proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a serious interest in dispute resolution.
