Role & Responsibilities
The firm is looking to hire Patent Associates to join its dedicated Patent Prosecution team in Hyderabad. Key duties include:
- Handling patent prosecution under Indian patent law and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
- Supporting active patent portfolio management for domestic and international clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams on specialized patent drafting and responses to office actions.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Experience: Freshers to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE 0-3).
- Educational Background: Preferred background in Engineering or Science—particularly Biotechnology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, or Physics.
- A degree in Law (LL.B.) and a registered Patent Agent qualification are strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and technical drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Work Mode & Location
This is a full-time, on-site role located at the firm's Hyderabad office.
