Role & Responsibilities
TCS is seeking a skilled Legal Associate to manage corporate contracting and regulatory compliance workflows. Key responsibilities include:
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Review and draft complex legal agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), SaaS Agreements, Statements of Work (SoWs), and Vendor Agreements.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify legal and commercial risks, providing practical and pragmatic mitigation strategies.
- Contract Administration: Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including execution, amendments, addendums, and renewals.
- Data Privacy & Protection: Review and draft Data Protection-related documents, including Privacy Notices and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Trade Compliance: Review and draft Export Control Compliance documents for products and services in alignment with applicable global trade regulations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.Sc.) combined with an LLB degree.
- Technical & Domain Skills: Expertise in Contract Review, Contract Drafting, Contract Lifecycle Management, Data Privacy Law, Sanctions, and Export Control Laws.
- Core Competencies: Superior legal research, analysis, and executive communication skills.
