About the Opportunity
This internship is tailored for driven students who desire practical, hands-on exposure to courtroom dynamics, dispute resolution, and the operational core of an active litigation office. Selected interns will work closely on live matters, bridging theoretical law school curricula with tactical courtroom practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on complex legal propositions across statutory laws, procedural codes, and precedent judgments.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting petitions, notices, applications, and written submissions under mentorship.
- Case File Management: Prepare case briefs, compile case files, and organize matter records for court hearings.
- Judgment Analysis: Dissect recent rulings and extract authoritative ratios applicable to ongoing chamber matters.
- Procedural & Court Exposure: Observe procedural functioning, court proceedings, and registry operations across Delhi courts.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Currently pursuing an LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated program) from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated passion for litigation, trial advocacy, and courtroom practice.
- Strong analytical, research, and legal drafting acumen.
- High degree of motivation, professional discipline, and intellectual curiosity.
