About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Bharat Monga, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India is inviting applications from motivated final-year law students for an on-site Legal Internship position in New Delhi. The selected intern will gain direct exposure to litigation practice before the Supreme Court of India and other judicial forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on diverse points of law and precedents.
- Assist in drafting petitions, applications, and other legal pleadings.
- Observe and participate in a fast-paced litigation environment involving Supreme Court practice.
- Assist the chamber in case preparation and court proceedings.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Final year law students (LL.B. / Integrated B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B.).
- Demonstrated strong interest in litigation and Supreme Court practice.
- Good legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic legal research databases.
- Willingness to adapt and perform effectively in an active litigation chamber.
