About the Opportunity / Organizer
Aman Dawra & Associates is inviting applications from law students who are keen to gain practical, hands-on experience in litigation and ongoing legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be exposed to various aspects of legal dispute resolution and court proceedings, including:
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on statutory provisions and case law.
- Assisting in drafting legal pleadings, applications, and briefs.
- Gaining hands-on exposure to court practice and procedural requirements.
- Handling day-to-day legal tasks and ongoing case matters under professional guidance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Current law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in litigation.
- Eagerness to gain practical exposure to court proceedings.
