The role involves working across diverse practice areas, including:
- Criminal Law
- Service Matters
- Arbitration
- Civil Litigation
The selected associate will regularly appear before various judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and District Courts across Delhi NCR.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Must hold an LL.B. degree and be enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
- Strong drafting, procedural knowledge, and court advocacy skills.
