At the Chambers of Pradeep Singh Khichi, you will have the unique privilege of working closely on complex matters argued before the Principal Bench of the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, alongside other subordinate courts and tribunals. Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of statutory provisions, judicial precedents, and case law across various branches of law to support ongoing matters.
- Drafting Pleadings: Assist in drafting writ petitions, appeals, replies, notices, rejoinders, and miscellaneous applications with high precision.
- Case Preparation: Compile case files, formulate briefing notes, prepare case summaries, and strategize legal arguments for court presentations.
- Court Proceedings: Attend and assist senior counsel during hearings, track daily cause lists, and gain invaluable firsthand exposure to judicial procedures and court management.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Possess a recognized LL.B. degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
