About the Role
As a Legal Associate at Convention 360 Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP, you will play a central role in handling complex matters across diverse legal sectors. You will work directly on high-stakes litigation and transactional IP matters, collaborating closely with experienced partners and counsel to deliver top-tier legal advice and representation.
Key Responsibilities
Civil & Criminal Litigation: Assist in managing civil court proceedings, criminal defense matters, trial strategy, and client advisory.
Intellectual Property Law: Handle IP prosecution, enforcement, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
Legal Drafting & Research: Draft high-quality pleadings, plaints, petitions, legal notices, and applications; conduct extensive legal research and case analysis.
Court Appearances & Client Coordination: Brief senior advocates, attend court hearings, and maintain direct communication with clients to manage ongoing legal affairs.
Eligibility & Experience Requirements
Demonstrated experience or a strong, demonstrable interest in civil litigation, criminal litigation, or intellectual property law.
Practical exposure to multiple legal sectors and practice areas will be highly preferred.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.
A deep passion for dispute resolution, courtroom litigation, and strategic legal advocacy.
