Key Responsibilities
- Court Appearances: Represent clients and argue matters before various trial courts, tribunals, and judicial forums across Delhi NCR.
- Substantial Drafting: Prepare high-quality legal notices, plaints, written statements, writ petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
- Trial Strategy & Management: Engage in trial court proceedings, including evidence strategy, cross-examination preparation, and case law research.
- Chamber Operations: Navigate the fast-paced realities and demanding environment of a dynamic litigation chamber effectively.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of core litigation experience.
- Courtroom Presence: Confident and comfortable arguing before courts across the Delhi NCR region.
- Trial Exposure: Demonstrated familiarity with trial court procedures, rules, and daily chamber practices.
