About the Role
Kosha Legal is seeking to recruit 2 Litigation Associates (0–2 years PQE) for their office located in Greater Kailash–1, New Delhi. This position is ideal for early-career advocates who possess a passion for trial advocacy, complex legal drafting, and rigorous court preparation.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Passion: A demonstrated, keen interest in litigation and court practice.
- Drafting Skills: Outstanding ability to draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal notices.
- Research Aptitude: Exceptional legal research skills with proficiency in retrieving precedents and analyzing statutory provisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Drafting comprehensive legal documents including petitions, written statements, rejoinders, and applications.
- Conducting deep-dive legal research on intricate civil, commercial, and criminal matters.
- Assisting senior counsel in court proceedings, briefing matters, and preparing case files.
- Liaising with court registries and managing client communication effectively.
