Role & Core Responsibilities
- Represent clients and manage litigation matters across various courts and tribunals in New Delhi.
- Draft legal pleadings, petitions, written statements, applications, and legal notices.
- Conduct exhaustive legal research on statutory provisions, case laws, and precedents.
- Handle Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) disputes and advisory matters.
- Coordinate with senior advocates, brief counsels, and assist during court hearings.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of active practice in court litigation.
- Domain Expertise: Candidates with prior experience or a strong background in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters will be strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage tight court deadlines.
