Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling General Corporate legal matters.
- Assisting with and managing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
- Managing related transactional legal work and drafting documents.
Eligibility & Criteria
- 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in corporate law, M&A, and transactional matters.
