Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive legal research across diverse domains including Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, Arbitration, and Administrative Law.
- Preparing exhaustive case summaries, bench briefs, and analytical notes on complex questions of law.
- Assisting in cross-referencing statutory authorities, precedent tracking, and comparative jurisprudence analysis.
- Attending open court proceedings to observe arguments, court etiquette, and advocacy dynamics.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate law students enrolled in recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree programs (preferably 4th/5th year or 2nd/3rd year respectively).
- Exceptional command over written and spoken English with proven legal research and analytical capabilities.
- Prior familiarity with legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw) and rigorous attention to detail.
