Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on statutory developments, court precedents, and global trends in trademark, patent, design, and copyright law.
- Assist attorneys in drafting trademark applications, responses to examination reports, and notice of opposition pleadings.
- Perform comprehensive trademark clearance searches and draft risk analysis reports for client portfolios.
- Prepare legal briefs, case summaries, and client advisories on key developments in IP jurisprudence.
- Support the team in managing docketing schedules, filings, and administrative compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree program.
- Strong foundational knowledge and demonstrated passion for Intellectual Property Law.
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines.
